This hair is of high quality as they are nurtured very well using only organic and natural materials like coconut oil and fresh flowers.

ASSORTING THE RAW HAIR
The temples provide the hair through closed bids to the successful bidder for one full year. Our skilled employees part the hair into two using rubber bands to make them free from shedding and falling. These rubber bands ensure that the REMY hair is properly harvested at the tonsuring stage. The stock is safely stored in factory.

Three Headed Machine For Machine Weft
When the hair is received, it is dried, aligned and bundled without changing the directions of roots and tips. The hair is washed by soaking in a sulphur-free shampoo overnight that is prepared in-house by sourcing raw materials from USA and the Silicones from Japan.

Then, it is carefully washed for removing dirt and impurities and dried for hackling to remove the short hairs up to 4" from the bundle. After this, the hair bundle is tied using yellow cotton threads tightly that are called "SINGLE DRAWN REMY HAIR".

Proper Aligning is done by grading the single drawn hair bundles into different styles and colours to make 110 Grams of hair to make the ideal for WEFTING. This process includes the stitching of hair for easy fixing, no falling or shedding.

Modern 3 HEADED MACHINE is used to carry-out Wefting. This machine ensures minimal or no shedding of hair. A 110 Grams of aligned hair is sewn using the double needle. Then, this is passed on to the second sewing machine head to fold the hair up to 1.5" and do the single stitching. After that, it is passed through the third machine to straighten the folded hair and remove lose hair using forceps. The third machine also ensures single stitch and pushes the hair for bonding to the glue box. Then, the weft goes for trimming process. The folded hair is trimmed which is called Moustache Trimming to prevent hair matting. We also customize this aspect to try to maintain 1 cm length of folded hair for avoiding any other issue.

The trimmed hair string undergoes Extra Gluing process and then folded to make double weft with 3 to 4 extra stitches on a weft. It is then folded in 4" to 5 " bundles. After that, it is tagged using special tags for trouble-free identification. The hair bundle is kept in polybag with a hang tag having details about length, structure and colour.

HAND WEFT is pure hand work that includes knotting of two to three hair strands in finger using three rows of strings. Three threads are used for weaving hand tied wefts and five threads can also be made as per the need. 50 cm thread is used for making one piece of hand weft. One piece of hand weft weighs around 28 grams with length up to 50 cm.

EXTRA GLUING OF MACHINE WEFT
Italian manufactured KERATIN GLUE GRANULES is utilized. Hot melted keratin glue is applied on two grams of hair and then fed into a hand press having "I", "U" or "W" tip moulds are fixed. 25 strands are bundled together to do packaging.

PREPARATORY WORK FOR STEAMED CURLY
We have imported a steam oven for factory. The aluminium pipes are used to make curls by taking small strands using fingers from the weft and rolling them on the aluminum pipes. 100gm weft is rolled and dipped into a mixture of coconut oil and conditioner. Then, it is placed inside the steam for a limited time and washed to get a nice curly pattern. These non-chemical curls can easily last up to 15 washes.

We do not do "perm" curls using cold, hot or digital perm.

Caution: The endeavour is to offer quality products with no shedding problems if it is handled properly by the clients. Shedding might occur due to mishandling; hence it should be extracted with precision.
