1. Where do you get the human hair from to make Allure Hair Extensions?
We have participated in the annual auction by the TEMPLES and became the contractor of the Hair for the whole year. The entire auction amount had been paid up front. The hair is collected from time to time from the tonsuring shed of the temple. We recruit staffs at the tonsuring area for collecting the hair without changing their roots and tips. We also put rubber bands in the donor head on both side of the hair to make the hair tonsured. Each week the hair is safely transported to the factory.
2. Can I Style or colour the hair?
This is a virgin hair processed without chemical dyes. Therefore, they can be colored as well as styled in any form from curly, wavy to straight.
3. How long can I use the hair?
This hair extension is used like natural hair to give a fantastic feeling and look. This can be used for more than a year, if utmost care is taken especially during the night.
4. Do you use any chemicals during the Hair Extension manufacturing?
We never use any chemical. We always use sulphur- free shampoo. We use only imported raw materials from USA and Japan to make shampoo to ensure its safe usage.
5. Can I re use the hair extension?
Yes, it can be used again by removing it and preserve it in a box for several years.
6. How to make a sample order? Do you accept Paypal?

7. How long it will take to reach my destination - USA?
From 3 to 4 working days, once the payment is done through PayPal.
8. How can I make a bulk order? And payment thereon?
The ordering of bulk products can be done through email. The payment is done through bank to bank after getting the proforma invoice. We waive off the bank charges as a discount.
9. Do you make steamed curly hair?
Yes, we do provide steamed curly without perm solution that last for 10 - 15 washes.
10. How about the “Shedding” and “Tangling”?
We use high-quality and imported glue from Korea. We also do extra glueing using another machine after the wefting is done to ensure less shedding. The hair can be kept free from tangling if the hair is cared properly. During sleeping and swimming, extra care should be taken.
11. How is the length of the hair extension is measured?
We straighten the hair bundle manually and calculate it with a tape from the top to the tip of the hair.
12. Do you send a free hair sample to test the quality?
We do not provide any samples as the original Indian Hair is costly. We send small hair strands if you provide courier account number.
13. Do you sell Brazilian, Combodian, Malaysian and Russian Hair?
No, we do not provide Russian, Cambodian, Malaysian and Brazilian Hair as we import Indian Hair from various parts of the world and curled them for giving a look of “Brazilian Hair”.
14. Do you have a skype ID or whatsapp number to see your factory and hair?
Yes, you can reach us to see factory and hair samples in real-time.
15. What is your return Policy?
In case, if you do not like the product or found some defects in the goods, you write a mail to tell the problem. We reply within 24 hours. All returns should be sent within 10 days of delivery for a refund. The order should be unworn, unwashed as well as uncut. In addition to this, labels should also be attached and sent in original packaged condition. If product is worn due to purchaser's negligence, it will not be accepted. Return postal charges have to be paid by the buyer.
All returns are done via USPS (United States Postal Service). The packaging should be mentioned "Defective goods returned back" with the value of the whole returned shipped to be declared as USD 5. Once the originality of goods is verified, full amount minus the courier charges will be credited to Paypal or bank account.
